Fedex: Female Route Transport Drivers

FedEx is committed to Dealing Everyone In and we had the privilege of creating this internal video to demonstrate just that. We were asked to share several stories from female route transport drivers and their passion for their jobs. These women drive some of the largest trucks we’ve ever seen and they do it with grace, skill, and a quiet, powerful confidence.

To accommodate the drivers’ schedules, we were tasked with capturing all of the interviews and supporting footage in one day. Through careful planning and working closely with the FedEx team, we were able to spend time with each driver and share their stories. Our crew for this video was small, but mighty. We delegated tasks well and were flexible and nimble on set. We were able to get all of the content we needed in one day to create this impactful piece.
